Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items on our site may be offered for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production and will ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page.

Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@aftrscollective.com.

After the 48-hour cancellation window, your order is considered final as production planning and inventory allocation begin. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

While we do our best to meet estimated ship dates, production timelines may occasionally change. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Every AFTRS piece is produced in limited quantities as part of our commitment to more thoughtful, intentional production.
